Refunds & Returns 

Unfortunately, all artworks/products are non-refundable, this is due to the nature of art.  

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased, a refund will not be offered. Please double check the sizing you are after for your space and consider framing options for unframed pieces. 

If you have any questions about artworks or would like to see more photos please get in contact. Photos will be sent during the process for commissions, unless otherwise requested, and a final photo will be sent before postage to check you are satisfied with the artwork. 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty. If this happens, email tulli.stevens33@gmail.com with supporting photos.

Once we have received your email and supporting photos, we will assess the claim, if your return is accepted, we will send instructions of how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
